These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 49999bet platform and all its related services. When you create an account on 49999bet or use any of our services, you become legally bound by these terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

If any unusual financial activity is detected, 49999bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for security purposes.

All bonus offers at 49999bet are provided under the following general conditions. Separate conditions may apply for specific promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳26,000.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If a withdrawal is made from the main balance before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Many bonuses must be used within a specified time period.
• 49999bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion as needed.

All decisions regarding betting and gaming on 49999bet are considered final. The following policies must be followed:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless it was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• 49999bet reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a network disruption, the relevant funds will be returned to the account.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Results of sports betting events will be determined based on information provided by recognised authorities (such as ICC, FIFA).
• For cricket events, results from BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 49999bet platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or gaining an advantage through fraud.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any type of fraudulent technology.
• Attempting to compromise or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor access.

49999bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If false information has been provided.
• Long-term inactive account.
• If required to comply with legal or regulatory authority directives.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the support team. In that case, the available balance (excluding any active bonuses) will be returned.

49999bet is not liable for:

• Session interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Delays or issues from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Failures in the security of the user's own device or account information.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

In any circumstance, the total liability of 49999bet will be limited to the amount deposited into the relevant account in the past 30 days.
